This week I’m joined by Jack Prior who is a Tech Recruiter for Redcat Digital.
Jack went straight into Recruitment after graduating, after a pretty shit experience when interviewing for recruitment jobs he has really found his feet in the last 3 years.
It’s safe to say Jack doesn’t fit the typical ‘Recruiter’ persona, he has approached recruiting in his own way which doesn’t involve smashing the phones but focused on being perceived as someone who is part of the community he serves.
We really break down the methods he uses as a Tech recruiter to generate his billings which is predominantly built of Jack receiving most of his business through referrals.
With the Tech market being one of the most saturated recruitment landscapes I think those who operate in this market will get some serious value from this episode!!
